The fascinating history of the B&O Railroad's relationship to Sterling will be shared by guest speakers Bill Cramer, Mike Lytle, and Ron Spiga, members of the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad Historical Society. They have done extensive research on the railroad in Sterling and how it shaped the village and Wayne County. The event will be held in the 1873 Schoolhouse at the Historical Society. Following the talk, the speakers will take questions. Guests are then welcome to tour the current pop-up exhibit, "The Historical Roots of Sterling, Ohio", which contains hundreds of fascinating items about the village. This exhibit will be on display only until Sept. 10, 2023. $5.00 admission. Members and children 18 and under, no charge. Join us for a very interesting topic, great conversation, and light refreshments.
